Dragons Den Business Masterclass – Investing in young people in Luton

Youth Network invites you to enter our Dragons’ Den competition for a chance to win a cash investment for your business idea on Monday 15th April from 1pm to 4pm.

Following on from the Dragons’ Den format, participants aged 11-25 have the chance to pitch their idea to our Dragons including from The Mall Luton, Clearhead Media, Active Luton and Benedicts Salon.

To enter the competition sign up on this link, but you must email [email protected] with your draft business idea before Thursday 11th April [9pm] to have receive your booking to pitch your idea.

You also have the chance to receive expert business knowledge at our Dragons’ Den Business workshop on Monday 8th April 11am – 4pm where you can practice your pitch and make sure all your business has the best chance of succeeding.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

This event is for young people aged 11-25 years only. Attendees aged under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or suitable family member.

You can attend as a viewer if you are supporting the Dragons’ Den pitches as a family member or mentor from a school/college/youth organisation

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is no designated parking at the University. Please park at local public car parks, or use the local bus and trains all of which come direct into Luton town centre.

What can I bring into the event?

You do not need to bring anything to the event. All resources will be provided and refreshments will be provided.

This event is FREE to attend so there is no refund policy

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes. You will only be permitted if you have signed up for the event and have an email confirmation with you on the day of the event, or something to confirm your identity

Can I update my registration information?

There should be no circumstances to update your registration information – just your name and a contact email address.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

No. Only the person who has registered is permitted to attend the event. If you can no longer attend for any reason please contact us on [email protected]

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?

No. Only the person who has registered for the event can attend.
